This book contains the Jewish traditions, customs, and prayers pertaining to nichum avelim, comforting mourners. This highly practical guide covers all aspects of appropriate behavior by a visitor to the house of mourning. It explains what should or shouldn't be said to mourners. Loaded with very helpful information for Jewish families.

If you know a child who has experienced the death of a child who has experienced the death of a mother, father, caregiver, sister, brother, or friend you may have wondered how you can help. The author utilizes a cluster outline technique which is very good. It gives the reader lots of ideas of what to write about. The author has provided a tremendous service by writing LOL and he deserves great accolades in the help he provides to those who partake on this true "Labor of Love." It's amazing that more isn't written about eulogies as death is a universal experience.
